State Service Projects

This year's State Service Projects are directed by your State 4-H Leadership Council.

During the 2017-2018 4-H year, Oklahoma 4-H Members raised $2,592.90 through the Change for Change project.


Change for Change

Whether you collect loose change at club meetings, work with local schools and businesses to raise money or ask family and friends for donations, every penny helps!

This year, Change for Change will benefit the Children's Hospital Foundation of Oklahoma City.  Children's Hospital Foundation brings researchers and helps to improve the lives of Oklahoma children.

Cloverthon is the first ever dance marathon to benefit to Children's Hospital Foundation:

Who: Teens and Young Adults

What: fun, high energy dance marathon

When: May 25th, 2019 1-5pm

Where: Grady County Fairgrounds (Chickasha, OK)

Why: To raise money for the Children's Hospital Foundation and have fun!

$10 registration or $15 registration with t-shirt (available pre-registration only)

Pull for Kids

By encouraging your 4-H club and community to collect pull tabs, you are raising funds and generating awareness for the Ronald McDonald House Charities.

How do you participate?

  1. Collect pull tabs
  2. Weigh your tabs
  3. Fill out your county collection report form
  4. Drop off your tabs at your nearest Ronald McDonald House

The Ronald McDonald House Charities provide a home away from home for families of seriously ill or injured children who are receiving medical treatment in Oklahoma City or Tulsa. Here are the campaign materials:
