Service Projects
All club/county service project donations and reports are due to the State 4-H Office by July 15, 2026, to be considered for the State 4-H Spirit Contest. This means received, not postmarked. County donations/reports not turned in by July 15, 2026, are greatly appreciated but Will Not be counted for the Spirit Contest.
Change for Change – 30 points
The amount collected by the district will determine the total points.
Pull for Kids – 30 points
The total points will be determined by the number of pounds of pull tabs collected by the district.
No pull tabs will be collected at state 4-H Roundup.
District Promotional Video – 15 points
Each district will be allowed to submit one video that could be used as a 4-H promotional video. Entries are due on July 15, 2026. Rules are below:
- Video Orientation: All videos must be filmed and submitted in horizontal (landscape) format.
- Theme Requirement: The video must clearly follow and represent the theme “Beyond Ready.” Be creative in showing how this theme connects to your program, experiences, or opportunities.
- Content: Video should promote your district program and highlight what makes it unique, impactful and meaningful to members.
- Length: Keep the video clear, engaging and concise (no more than 2 minutes long).
- Quality: Videos should have clear audio, stable footage and good lighting so the message is easy to understand.
- Appropriateness: All content must be 4-H appropriate and reflect the value and professionalism of the Oklahoma 4-H program.
- Original Work: Videos should be original content created by district members.
- Recognition: The winning video will be posted on social media following Roundup to showcase the creativity and promotion of the program.
Roundup Chalk Art – 15 points
Each district will have a designated space of 5’x5’ outside of the University Commons.
Chalk, a container with water, paper towels, and masking tape will be provided. No other equipment or supplies can be used. Districts can select Roundup delegates from their district to design and carry out art.
District Chant – 10 points
The chant content must promote the Oklahoma 4-H Roundup theme “Wild About 4-H!” The presentation of the chant will be determined by creativity and how clearly the words are understood. No props, signs, flags, face paints or noisemakers are allowed.
Bonus Points
Bucket Pass – 10 points
The bucket pass will happen at Pistol Pete’s Safari on Wednesday evening. Each district will have two buckets, and the district with the most money in its bucket will win the bonus points.
